We are Carlos and Cynia Luna, proud Americans and native of Puerto Rico and Panama respectively, co-founders of Captives Free Ministries (CFM). We have been serving the Lord for many years and have seen His work displayed in mighty ways in our lives, ministry, family and beyond. We’ve been married for 15 years and have 5 children, 19 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren and several spiritual children. As you learn more about CFM through our site, we pray that the Lord will encourage you to step out and answer His call to proclaim His good news to the poor…. to heal the brokenhearted… proclaim freedom to the captives…and set the oppressed free (Isaiah 61:1).
